Natasha Parry, Founder

Although it might seem contrary, Natasha’s creative and entrepreneurial spirit are what sparked her interest in the accounting world. After crafting a few business plans straight out of college that fizzled out due to her fear around not feeling confident with the financial side of running a business, she set herself on a mission to learn business finances inside and out -- and ended up falling in love with accounting in the meantime. She discovered her natural skill for working with numbers, deep diving into profit and loss statements, and helping small business owners understand their businesses in a new way.

Today, Natasha sees accounting as a dynamic and influential field that has the power to infuse our communities with vibrancy, change and enrich lives, improve our planet, and in the end make the world a better place. She is an avid supporter of small businesses, the local, creative, green and purpose-driven economies, and is passionate about supporting spirited entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams. And she started 3x3 Bookkeeping to do just that – all while satisfying her own entrepreneurial dreams ♥

Natasha is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a Xero Certified Advisor and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). She has over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, financial management, human resources, and executive leadership for SMBs as well as work in the economic development field. She has helped businesses overhaul their accounting systems and processes to align with their shifting business models, create and meet financial goals, and work through the unique challenges that entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners face, and she is able to speak their language and explain things simply.

Outside of work, Natasha is still an art and design enthusiast. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find her admiring Scandinavian design, collecting handmade earrings, and hoarding all the plants. She is into nerdy games like Dr Mario (I mean, a game of sorting and organizing! What bookkeeper wouldn’t like it?), likes homemade matcha lattes, and tries to get outdoors for canoeing, bonfires, hiking, and biking with her husband, daughter, & dog any chance she can.

Lindsay Bright, Bookkeeper

With over 12 years of experience in a wide variety of industries including non-profits, start-ups, and banking, Lindsay has a unique set of skills and an enthusiasm for organizing data and numbers. It wasn’t until after earning her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications that she discovered her love for finance through a job as an Administrative Assistant supporting the accounting department. After accepting a permanent role as a finance team member, she quickly realized that accounting was her long-term career path, and returned to the educational system to earn several credit hours in accounting courses in the Post-Bacheloreate Accounting Certificate program at Virginia Commonwealth University. What excites her most about being a part of the 3x3 Bookkeeping team is having the opportunity to help small businesses in their growth journey and establishing lasting relationships with driven entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Lindsay is passionate about being a mom to her active young children, being a performing musician with a local band, and being an advocate for her overall health - in 2023 Lindsay became a certified Root Cause Protocol practitioner. Although not currently practicing, she loves engaging in conversations about holistic health and wellness.

Dorothy

Dorothy brings all the chill vibes to the office, and spends her days snoozing and occasionally barking at squirrels. She specializes in making the occasional zoom background appearance, and reminding Natasha to take a break from the computer now and then to play ball with her outside. Keep an eye on our insta for the occasional #tonguesouttuesday.
